Our Programs
We address reentry and life-transition challenges through an education-centered support model designed to meet individuals where they are.
The Elevate Academy Approach
Our comprehensive life skills curriculum addresses the whole person through five key dimensions. Developed in partnership with formerly incarcerated individuals, Elevate Academy provides practical, actionable strategies for building a stable, fulfilling life.
One-on-One Mentorship
Every participant is matched with a trained mentor who walks alongside them throughout their reentry journey. These authentic relationships provide accountability, encouragement, and practical support when challenges arise.
Careful Matching
We pair participants with mentors based on background, interests, and goals
40-Hour Training
Mentors complete comprehensive training on trauma, boundaries, and effective support
Ongoing Support
Regular check-ins, group gatherings, and staff support for mentor-mentee pairs
